How much does your service cost?

Every home is different and it depends on the scope of what needs doing and how much stuff you have! At TaskMasters we offer a free, no obligation, meeting to assess your individual needs. After this we provide an estimate of costs based on our assessment.

What locations do you operate in?

Currently we are located in Wellington/Kapiti, Wairarapa, Tauranga, Hamilton, Cambridge and Matamata. Please contact us for enquiries if your location is not listed here.

How do I know I can trust you with my belongings?

For over ten year our clients, their families, and villages have trusted us to make this transition safely. All our are team are police checked.

Can you help us find important documents or family heirlooms when clearing an estate?

In the process of sorting and sifting through belongings we can put aside any important documents or any valuables we come across. As mature professionals we have lived life experience that we utilise in our role where we make sensible and respectful decisions on behalf of our clients.

How do you dispose of my belongings?

We dispose of your belongings in a sustainable way ensuring we send the minimum possible to the landfill and ensure that we recycle and dispose of things responsibly.

How do we know you will make the right decisions for our family?

Over the years we have worked alongside many people and their families, we are mature professionals with lived life experience and can be trusted to always have your best interests at heart.

Can you set up wifi, internet and computers?

Yes, mostly this is straightforward and we can put together computer equipment and get wifi working. We can also call on computer experts if we need assistance.

What if I need tradespeople to do things around my house?

We have a trusted network of reliable third parties whom we have built up over ten years in business. Often they prioritise our work so we will also find someone to help with any home tasks that need doing.

What if I need to send items of furniture overseas to family members?

We have excellent people we work alongside who can provide assistance to ensure we get your precious items to your loved ones overseas. We have even relocated cats overseas to their owners!

Do you get quotes from the suppliers you engage?

We always provide you with a quote before engaging any third parties on your behalf.
